Serco have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Manager to join the Estates Department at the UK Defence Academy.
Serco is contracted to provide Total Facilities Management to the Defence Academy of the UK (DA). This prestigious establishment is responsible for post‑graduate education and the majority of the command, staff, leadership, Defence management, acquisition and technology training for members of the UK Armed Forces and MOD Civil Servants. Serco supports the DA as the MOD's primary link with UK universities and international military educational institutions.

Up to £45,000 depending on experience
As the Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team to deliver electrical operations across the estate and be accountable for the in‑house electrical team, subcontractors, work planner and work controllers to ensure Serco meets its contractual requirements.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence.
