Overview

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Holborn - £46,000

Location: Holborn, London
Salary: £46,000 per annum + £100 Call Out Allowance
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 and 10:00–19:00 (rotating shifts)
On-Call: 1 in 4 (with £100 allowance per call out)

Responsibilities
  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly and effectively.
  • Support with general building services and light mechanical maintenance when required.
  • Work closely within a small team to ensure smooth operation of building services.
  • Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks).
Requirements
  • Fully qualified electrical engineer (City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent).
  • Experience in building services or facilities maintenance.
  • Good problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
