Qualifications

• Experience and competency to carry out appropriate Electrical fault finding tasks.
• Ability to understand and apply regulations (Health & Safety, manual handling).
• Previous experience in an in-house maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance within office and warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
• Report and address safety hazards immediately.

Skills

Knowledge of Health & safety (IOSH accredited)

City & Guilds Diploma Level 3 in Electrical Installations & Building Structures

Experience in Electrical fault finding

Good interpersonal skills

Ability to assess risks and report hazards

Education

City & Guilds Diploma Level 3 in Periodic Inspection & Testing of Electrical installations
