• Minimum of 5 years experience in building services and plant engineering.
• Experience as Authorised Person for LV and Mechanical Services.
• Understanding of Construction Design Management Regulations (CDM).

Responsibilities

• Lead planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
• Support the General Services Manager with technical expertise.
