Qualifications

• DBS, BPSS, and SC clearances required.
• Preferably 10 years (minimum of 5 years) experience in building services.
• Previous appointment as Authorised Person in relevant disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
• Oversee subcontractor performance.

Skills

C&G lvl 3 (2365) or equivalent in a relevant subject

Minimum of 5 years experience in building services and plant engineering

Excellent communications (written and verbal)

Numerate and computer literate

Education

C&G lvl 3 or equivalent
