Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Wednesbury, West Midlands - 40k + Package

A leading facilities management contract is seeking a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a critical site in Wednesbury, West Midlands. The role is based on a large Critical site and would suit candidates with strong experience in high-pressured or critical environments.

The company will not only provide a thriving working environment but also the opportunity for growth through both training and progression

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on a range of building services equipmen
  • Working closely with the on-site Supervisor and another Engineer as part of a small, dedicated service delivery
  • Participating in the on-call rota (currently 1 in 3, moving to 1 in 6)
  • Ensuring uptime and performance standards are maintained on critical systems
Ideal Candidate
  • Electrically qualified with relevant certifications
  • Strong background in critical environments (e.g. data centres, hospitals, banking, pharmaceuticals)
  • HV/LV experience highly desirable but not essential
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team
Call-Out Details
  • On-call rota: 1 in 3 (moving to 1 in 6)
  • £100 standby allowance
  • Minimum 4 hours paid at time and a half (or double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays)
  • Pool van provided during on-call cover
