We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Electrician to join our dedicated on‑site facilities team. This role offers a perfect blend of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and small‑scale installation works.

The Role

As our Static Electrician, you will be the lead technical presence on‑site. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing planned maintenance schedules (PPMs) to ensure site safety and compliance.
  • Responding swiftly to reactive electrical faults and breakdowns.
  • Carrying out minor installations and project works (e.g., lighting upgrades, circuit modifications, and socket installs).
  • Supporting the wider facilities team with general building services tasks as required.
What we are looking for

We need a versatile professional who is comfortable working across different types of environments.

  • Fully Qualified: Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) and 18th Edition.
  • Broad Experience: A mix of Commercial and Domestic experience is highly preferred.
  • Installation Mindset: You are happy to roll up your sleeves for minor installation projects as well as day‑to‑day maintenance.
  • Reliability: As this is a static role in Upavon, we are looking for someone local or within easy commuting distance who takes pride in site ownership.
