Electrical Engineer - Day Shift - FM Service Provider - Euston - Up to £46,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Euston has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Euston on a large commercial estate. The role involves carrying out PPMs and reactive building maintenance within a shift team of 4 engineers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in Electrical & general building maintenance. The company offers a competitive salary of up to £46,000, overtime, further training, and potential career progression.

Hours of work

• 4 on, 4 off
• 7am - 7pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (small installation, fault-finding, lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (e.g. hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

Requirements

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Required)
• 18th Edition (Desirable)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
