Overview

ELECTRICIAN

Dale Building Maintenance Ltd is a specialist property maintenance company with its Head Office / contact centre based in Cardiff and operational offices in Swansea, Bristol, Southampton, Devon and Cornwall. We have been in business since 1986 and provide maintenance and repair services to Blue Chip Retail Clients, Housing Associations, Leisure Industry, Government Departments, Insurance Companies and Domestic households. We are expanding our directly employed workforce and require a qualified Electrician to be based in and around the South Wales area.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned electrical maintenance works
• Demonstrate excellent trade knowledge / workmanship on Reactive Maintenance
• Work with a can do attitude and good time keeping
• Ability to work on own initiative and be a good communicator
• Maintain good administration and IT skills / use of a handheld tablet
• Ability to carry out additional trades would be an advantage
• Work under pressure; participate in emergency out of hours call outs on a rota basis
• Full UK Driving Licence
