Qualifications

• A proven history of delivering maintenance services in a domestic setting.
• A current, full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Experience in the social housing sector is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical safety inspection program across properties.
• Produce Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Perform verification and commissioning tests for new installations.
• Provide repairs service and rectify electrical faults.
• Ensure adherence to IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
• Maintain electronic records of completed work orders.
