About the Role

Are you an HVAC Engineer or similar with Electrical experience? This is a varied role working on specialist systems for celebrities and globally recognisable figures across a regional patch within a well-established, growing company that focuses on staff development and offers overtime to increase earnings.

This company provides property maintenance services to a range of high-end clients from private individuals to commercial sites such as theatres and dockyards and is looking to expand its friendly team of 20.

You will work within a tight-knit service engineering team carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a broad range of systems including boilers, chillers and air conditioning units. The role is Monday-Friday across a patch in London, Essex and Surrey with opportunities to increase earnings through overtime and callouts.

This stable role would suit an HVAC Engineer from an Electrical background seeking a varied role within a well-established company offering good work-life balance and a van for personal use.

Responsibilities

• Work with a range of high-end residential and commercial clients
• PPM and reactive maintenance on a range of HVAC systems
• Monday-Friday with overtime and call outs
• Cover a regional patch around London, Essex and Surrey
