Job description

Electrical Fitter required for a manufacturing company based in Hertfordshire. The company specialises in the design and manufacture of special purpose machinery.

Role & Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for building special purpose machinery from start to finish.
• This will require fitting of sub-assemblies
• Fitting sub-assemblies to produce the final build
• Point to point wiring, cable crimping, looming & terminating work
• Ability to mark out, drill holes is essential for this role.
• Must be able to read assembly drawings and instructions.
• Must be able to use various hand tools such as spanners, screw drivers, allen keys, torque wrenches as well as crimping tools.
• Ability to use measuring gauges such as verniers and micrometers is essential for this role.
