The ideal candidate should have proven experience in M&E contracting and strong knowledge of electrical building services. Responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates, analyzing documents, and liaising with suppliers. Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in construction or M&E contracting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical building services (LV distribution, lighting, power, fire alarms, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates and tender submissions.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and contract documents to produce accurate costings.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
