Overview

40hours/week, Monday to Friday. £43,000 per annum. Alternating shifts: Earlies from 07:00 to 15:30 and lates from 10:30 to 19:00. 26days annual leave excluding public holidays. My client are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Greenwich. Responsibilities

• Perform the repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems and associated plant equipment, ensuring they meet safety standards and statutory compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and related building services, such as HVAC, fire alarm systems, and lifts, to ensure optimal operation.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime, ensuring timely repairs and maintaining service continuity.
• Ensure all maintenance work adheres to relevant health and safety regulations, including Sodexo\'s procedures and the latest legislation, to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance, providing clear documentation for management and clients.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and contractors to deliver high-quality service and ensure effective communication of engineering and building issues impacting service delivery.
