Overview

40hours/week, Monday to Friday. £43,000 per annum. Alternating shifts: Earlies from 07:00 to 15:30 and lates from 10:30 to 19:00. 26days annual leave excluding public holidays. An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in South East London has arisen! My client are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Greenwich. Responsibilities
  • Perform the repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems and associated plant equipment, ensuring they meet safety standards and statutory compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and related building services, such as HVAC, fire alarm systems, and lifts, to ensure optimal operation.
  • Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime, ensuring timely repairs and maintaining service continuity.
  • Ensure all maintenance work adheres to relevant health and safety regulations, including Sodexo\'s procedures and the latest legislation, to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance, providing clear documentation for management and clients.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and contractors to deliver high-quality service and ensure effective communication of engineering and building issues impacting service delivery.
