Overview

We have an exciting opportunity is with a globally recognised supplier serving both the Pharmaceutical and Nuclear industries!

Due to sustained growth and a strong project pipeline, the company is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with EPlan experience to join its dynamic team based in Huddersfield. The role itself offers professional growth, with training available in control system programming (using Siemens and Allen Bradley).

Responsibilities
  • Design Electrical Control Panels using EPlan
  • Coordinate and manage documentation and design deliverables in line with project timelines and quality expectations.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team to ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements and capabilities.
  • Work closely with project managers and mechanical design engineers to ensure cohesive and robust design solutions.
  • You will be trained on Control Systems, so you can develop into an EC&I Engineer.
Qualifications
  • Experience designing electrical control panels using EPlan
  • Willingness to train on control systems with development opportunities into EC&I engineering; training available in control system programming (Siemens and Allen Bradley)
Benefits
  • Salary up to GBP52,500
  • Very flexible working hours with start times varying from 7 am – 9:30 am
  • 23 days holiday increasing to 24 after 1 year and further increases with tenure
