Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical electrical designs through to Stage 4/5 in line with company standards and timescales.
• Produce MEP designs, calculations, and specifications using relevant software.
• Monitor and review drawings for accuracy and quality assurance.
• Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation, schedules, and energy modelling reports.
• Liaise with clients, project teams, and senior management to support smooth project delivery.
• Undertake site surveys, including the use of LiDAR scanning tools.
• Issue and respond to design-related RFIs.
• Contribute to energy modelling assessments and sustainable design initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in electrical design within building services.
• Knowledge of Revit, Hevacomp, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and low-carbon design.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence.
