Job Title: Electrical Day Shift Engineer – £47,000
Location: Liverpool Street, London – Landmark Tower Building, 26 Floors
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off | Days Only (7am – 7pm)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Day Shift Engineer to join our established facilities maintenance team at a prestigious high-rise building in the heart of London’s financial district. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent long-term progression, training, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical maintenance across the site (PPMs and reactive tasks)
• Fault-finding, inspection, testing and commissioning of electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and site procedures
• Liaise with on-site management and assist other team members where required
• Maintain plant rooms and associated building services

Qualifications & Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (City & Guilds 2360/2330)
• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
• Experience in building services within a commercial environment
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and health & safety standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
