With a proven track record delivering projects across commercial developments, public services, education, and leisure, they are experiencing sustained growth and are now seeking an Electrical Contract Manager to strengthen their expanding team.

Role Overview

The Electrical Contract Manager will be responsible for managing electrical contracts from design through to completion. This role requires strong technical expertise in electrical building services, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage electrical contracts across diverse sectors including commercial, education, leisure, and public services.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
  • Oversee electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with BS7671 (IET Wiring Regulations), health and safety legislation, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in electrical delivery processes.
