Job Title: EHS System Super User (Data Steward & System Administrator)
Location: Poland or UK

We are seeking a versatile professional to serve as both Data Steward and System Administrator, responsible for managing the integrity, security, and performance of organizational data and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.
  • Develop and maintain data dictionaries, catalogs, and taxonomies.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular data audits and implement data privacy policies (e.g., GDPR).
  • Support data migration, transformation, and validation processes.
  • Train staff on data management best practices.
  • Document system configurations and IT policies.
  • Support remote access and secure connectivity for users.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data management and IT system administration.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and privacy regulations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools is nice to have.
  • Experience with network protocols, firewalls, and security systems.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
  • AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
