Hours: 37 per week
Rate: £38.23 per hour
Working Arrangements: Hybrid/Remote Working - Locum Contract

Pertemps is seeking an experienced EHCP Coordinator to join the team in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to improving outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs, working in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the statutory assessment and plan processes for children and young people with SEND as part of a team of coordinators.
  2. Work in partnership with parents, children, young people, providers and practitioners to ensure Swindon delivers an efficient, effective statutory process that drives positive outcomes.
  3. Promote and embed strengths-based, person-centred approaches, while supporting robust quality assurance processes and evidence-based decision making for consistency and accountability.

  • Experience in Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) casework, including drafting EHC Plans.
