Job summary

A healthcare provider in Scotland is seeking Clinical Support Workers to join their team at the paediatric High Dependency Unit in Aberdeen. This role involves supporting patients and trained staff while also handling tasks such as stocking and cleaning. Previous experience is beneficial but not required as thorough training will be provided. Candidates should be prepared for a role that is not a pathway to development as a Band 3 Support Worker. Band 2 Clinical Support Workers

Various hours available.

We are currently looking for Clinical Support Workers to join our established team within the paediatric High Dependency Unit at the Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital.

HDU is a 4 bedded unit providing critical care to children aged 0-16.

Previous experience as a Clinical Support Worker would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.

You would be joining a team of other Clinical Support Workers and orientation to the unit will be available.

This is not a position for development to Band 3 Support Worker and does involve stocking and cleaning of the department alongside supporting trained staff and patients.
