Do you have a background in sport or coaching and the ability to build positive relationships with young people who need patience, structure and understanding? Are you calm under pressure, empathetic, and looking for work where you can make a genuine difference? We're supporting a number of special schools and alternative provision settings in the Basingstoke and surrounding areas. We're looking for sports graduates and coaches to work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who have additional needs, including SEMH and mental health difficulties. If you can stay calm, set boundaries with care, and offer steady support to young people who are struggling, we'd love to hear from you. No school experience? That\'s absolutely fine. We\'ll support you with training, guidance and ongoing check-ins to help you feel confident and prepared.
