Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant – Bury, BL9 | Full-time | from £25,000 basic + uncapped commission

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with schools and education professionals across Greater Manchester.
• Learning how to manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing candidates to placing them in roles.
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of the education sector and compliance requirements.
• Growing and managing your own desk with support from experienced recruiters.
• Working towards and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

• Organised with great attention to detail.
• Previous sales, customer service, or education experience is an advantage - but not essential!
