An established education technology provider in the UK is seeking a driven IT Support Engineer to provide senior technical support to education sector customers. Responsibilities include enhancing ICT networks and managing client environments. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of Windows OS and experience with Azure and ITIL qualifications. The role supports continuous learning in a professional environment focused on improving educational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience dealing with Office 365 and Papercut.
• Understanding of managed wireless solutions (Ruckus advantageous).
• Previous knowledge/experience within the education sector or MSPs beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Providing Senior Technical Support to education sector customers.
• Ensuring continuity, efficiency and enhancing ICT networks.
• Management and maintenance of client network environments.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, 10 & 11

Strong demonstratable experience of Azure & Intune

Excellent PC problem solving skills

Proven ability to configure and maintain Windows Server OS

Experience with Office 365 and Exchange 365

Solutions oriented with good problem-solving skills

Education

Qualifications such as MCSA, AZs & ITIL
