Job summary

A public safety organization in Huntingdon is seeking an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Co-ordinator. Qualifications

  • Experience in human resources or equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Ability to provide advice on equality issues at all levels.
  • Exposure to analyzing training needs and delivering training.
  • Experience in facilitating engagement and training sessions.
  • Proven ability to manage and implement cultural change.
  • Skills in developing and evaluating policies and action plans.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of equality legislation and case law.
  • Understanding wider equality and inclusion issues.
  • Research and report presentation skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Champion inclusive practices across the organization.
  • Coordinate EDI Strategy delivery and key initiatives.
  • Lead Employee Inclusion Networks and EQIAs.
  • Develop engaging EDI training for employees.
  • Monitor and report on EDI progress using data.
  • Provide expert advice on inclusive practices.
  • Contribute to developing inclusive policies.
