Job Title: Early Career Teacher (Primary & Secondary)
Location: Stoke-on-Trent & surrounding areas
Start Date: ASAP / January onwards
Contract Types: Supply, Long-term & ECT Placements

Are you a newly qualified teacher looking to gain experience or secure an ECT placement?

Teaching Personnel are supporting ECTs in both primary and secondary to access classroom experience, long-term roles, and schools able to support ECT induction years.

This is an ideal route to build confidence, explore different school environments, and secure the right setting for your ECT journey.

  • Gain classroom experience before committing to a permanent role
  • Access long-term placements that can count towards ECT years

  • Build relationships with local schools and senior leaders

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
