A prestigious Independent School in Kensington is seeking a motivated and academically strong Economics Teacher (ECT) to join their teaching staff on a permanent basis from September 2025. What you'll be doing
  • Teaching Economics to GCSE and/or A-level students
  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons for high-achieving learners
  • Assessing, tracking, and reporting on student progress in line with school expectations
  • Supporting and stretching students of all abilities to achieve academic excellence
  • Contributing to the wider school community, including co-curricular and enrichment programmes
What we're looking for
  • Early Career Teacher (ECT) with QTS
  • A strong academic background, including a good degree and good A-level results
  • Experience teaching relevant subjects to GCSE and/or A-level
  • Experience in private education is preferred but not essential
  • High levels of professionalism, communication, and commitment to student success
  • Confidence in planning lessons that challenge and support all learners
  • A reliable, reflective practitioner eager to grow and contribute to school life
