The Role:

We are seeking an Ecommerce and Logistics Coordinator to oversee the flow of Ecommerce orders across all brands through the supply chain, including management of our international 3PL providers. This role will be responsible for end-to-end monitoring of orders to ensure a seamless customer experience, while working closely with Ecommerce, Supply Chain, and 3PL partners.

You will play a key role in continuously improving service levels, resolving issues proactively, and driving efficiencies across the Ecommerce logistics process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Ecommerce customer orders are delivered on time in full and to agreed service level targets
  • Work closely with Ecommerce Customer Service to support optimal customer experience.
  • Maximise stock availability for the Direct-to-consumer channel
  • Daily communication with 3PL on order flow
  • Courier performance and analysis
  • Propose actions and provide required operational performance reports and insights with a view to drive and develop continuous improvements
  • Manage daily ecommerce orders across Shopify stores, ensuring efficient processing from placement through to fulfilment.
  • Investigate and mitigate non-compliance charges, liaise with wholesale customers and 3PLs to identify root causes and reduce costs.
  • Prepare international wholesale documentation, including invoices for overseas shipments.
  • Coordinate UK–US stock transfers, preparing invoices, arranging shipping, and ensuring timely receipt at overseas 3PL warehouses.
  • Investigate and resolve order exceptions, including shortages, failed payments, and dispatch issues, to minimise customer impact.
  • Monitor and process courier claims promptly, following up with 3PLs to secure timely resolutions.
  • Oversee returns management, ensure goods are correctly received at the warehouse and raise claims for missing or delayed returns.
  • Maintain TikTok Shop stock, conduct monthly checks, raise transfer orders, and arrange shipments as required.
  • Support Shopify–Business Central integration, troubleshooting errors and ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage ecommerce stock levels, location transfers, and inbound replenishments.
  • Support in other Supply and Logistics tasks as required by the business

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a DTC logistics team with 3PL fulfilment
  • Experience of shipping goods from a 3PL, including knowledge of Incoterms and Dangerous Goods (DGN)
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and tenacious, willing to make a big impact in our amazing business.
  • High level attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly strong in Excel
  • Experience of using a business wide ERP system
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal with Internal and external partners.
  • Able to deal with complexity, and actively looks for solutions, create new processes and to increase efficiency in the Supply Chain
  • Good working knowledge of Shopify, Tik Tok shop and Dangerous Goods an advantage
