Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of wiring, motors, circuits, and distribution systems.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Ability to maintain and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems.

Where you'll be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We're problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.

What you'll be doing?
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems while interpreting diagrams and schematics to carry out the work accurately.
  • Perform routine inspections and testing to ensure everything meets safety standards, and calibrate control systems to keep them running at their best.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems, ensuring all instrumentation operates reliably, and install, calibrate, and maintain instruments that measure pressure, flow, temperature, and level.
What you'll bring?
  • Do you have Full UK Driving License?
  • Do you have electrical systems knowledge, with a strong understanding of wiring, motors, circuits and distribution systems?
  • Are you proficient in calibrating, maintaining and troubleshooting sensors, transmitters and control valves?
