We seek a self-motivated, high driven candidate who can work independently as well as within a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high level onboarding of our clients to their invoicing platform as well as communicating the progress to various stakeholders around the Maples network. This role plays a pivotal part for ensuring our clients have a seamless journey from first initial setup email through to successful completion to receive their invoices to their preferred portal.
The eBilling Onboarding Coordinator reports to the eBilling Supervisor and will be the main point of contact for managing the setup of new clients as well as the transfer of existing clients from one platform to another. Their primary responsibilities include:
