Overview

Are you an experienced sales professional with experience of Employee Benefits technology?

I'm working with a leading consultancy firm to recruit a business development manager to work within their flex team to support the growth of this division through developing new from existing business.

Looking for someone who has a proven track record in sales; knowledge of benefits technology and ideally understands the wider benefits landscape; the market, challenges, hot topics and how it impacts clients.

The role will be a combination of selling to existing clients and also new clients - around 70% will come from internal referrals from both EBC and Actuarial clients.

The client will consider those coming from a flex consultancy or reward and recognition background.

Responsibilities
  • Sell to existing and new clients as part of a mixed portfolio.
  • Work within the flex team to support the growth of the Employee Benefits technology division.
  • Approximately 70% of opportunities will come from internal referrals from EBC and Actuarial clients.
