The post holder will be responsible for carrying out practical tasks, including physical monitoring, supported meals and facilitating groups, identified as part of the patient’s care plan both on the Inpatient team and ICT.

The post holder will receive clinical supervision as appropriate and partake in reflective practice/training on a regular basis. The post holder will be expected to work closely with the wider service, including working across the different teams; day programme and outpatients service.

The post holder will be well supported in their role by a friendly, dynamic MDT as well as receive regular line management and clinical supervision in various forms.
