Long Term Futures are recruiting an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a warm, inclusive and well-resourced primary school in Camden. This full-time role involves supporting children across Nursery and Reception, with a strong focus on early language development, play-based learning and SEN support.

The Role – Early Years Teaching Assistant

• Support the class teacher with daily EYFS routines and structured learning.
• Lead small-group play, early literacy and numeracy activities.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support, following IEPs.
• Support children with speech, language, communication and developmental needs.
• Use visual aids, sensory resources and adapted strategies to support SEN learners.
• Assist with observations, progress notes and behaviour regulation.
• Help maintain a stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment.
