Early Years Practitioners – Daily supply, starting as soon as possibleThese flexible opportunities are ideal for Early Years Practitioners who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You’ll be working on a daily supply basis in Tower Hamlets and the surrounding areas, supporting nurseries and early years provisions as needed.

Duties as Early Years Practitioner:
  • Support children’s learning and development through play and structured activities
  • Follow EYFS framework and contribute to planning and observations
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
  • Work collaboratively with staff to meet individual needs
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding procedures
  • Adapt to different settings and routines with confidence and professionalism
Ideal Early Years Practitioner:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
  • Experience working with children aged 0–5 in nursery or early years settings
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, flexible, and confident working across multiple schools
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
