Overview

We are currently recruiting an Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly Nursery team providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children, from 6 months to 4 years of age.

Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with parents, carers, and professionals to promote the well-being of the children.
  • Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Assist with creative displays within the Nursery.
Qualifications
  • Experience working within a similar setting and the ability to provide a fun and stimulating learning environment.
  • Childcare qualification, ideally NVQ 2 or 3.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Knowledge of the independent school sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
Benefits & Details
  • Salary: Salary discussed at interview
  • Hours: Full time or Part time, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30am – 6.00pm varying shifts, on an all year contract.
  • Holidays: 5.6 weeks paid holiday (inclusive of the usual statutory holidays)
  • Pension: Nest Pension Scheme
