Job summary

A well-established recruitment firm in Bexley is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to support children’s development in a nurturing environment. The successful candidate will implement engaging activities and monitor progress. A Level 3 qualification in Early Year Education is essential, along with experience in Early Years settings. Are you a dedicated and qualified Early Years Practitioner with an NVQ/CACHE Level 3 qualification? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and welcoming 3-form entry Primary School and Children's Centre in Bexley that is committed to delivering a high-quality and nurturing early years environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children's development across the EYFS framework.
  • Create engaging, age‑appropriate learning activities.
  • Observe and record children's progress to inform planning and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents/guardians.
  • Support pupils with additional learning needs, including those with SEN or EAL
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Year Education (or equivalent) - this is
  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
