Full-Time Early Years Practitioner (40 hours per week)

Aspire People is working with a highly regarded school to fill two full-time positions for dedicated professionals who are eager to make a positive impact on young children's lives. This role provides the opportunity for career development and a permanent role for the suitable candidate.

  • Two Full-Time Roles (40 hours per week)
  • Competitive salary based on your experience and qualifications, starting from £25,467
  • Rotating shift patterns:
  • Early Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Mid Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Late Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 30 days paid annual leave (pro-rated for part-time staff)
  • Paid Bank Holidays
  • All-year-round working
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Create a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with parents and the team to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
  • Provide individual care and support to children's development needs.
Ideal Candidate
  • L2/3 qualified Early Years Practitioner (or equivalent) with a passion for working with children - if you are L2, this setting is happy to take you through your L3 to become a fully qualified practitioner
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift basis.
