Qualifications

• Good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and child development.
• Experience working with children aged 5-19 years, including those with SEND.
• Relevant experience from employment, education, or volunteering.

Responsibilities

• Offer fun and engaging activities to support children's development.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Hold sometimes difficult conversations with parents.
• Signpost and refer parents to appropriate services.
• Support the service to meet KPIs.
