Role and Responsibilities

As an Early Years Educator Room Lead, you will be responsible for supporting a team of staff to ensure that they have the support, skills and equipment required to carried out their roles. You will oversee the successful running of your room, responsible for delivering a high quality curriculum, through fun, motivating learning experiences. We are looking for an experienced Early Years Educator, who will act as a role model for all staff, providing continuous professional development to empower staff in the delivery of high quality care and education, ensuring there is always a high focus on inclusion for all.

  • Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. 08:00 to 18:00 across 4 days per week (Monday to Friday).
