  • Ensure a safe, stimulating nursery environment is maintained.
  • Keep accurate records and follow procedures within the room.
  • Build and maintain a reputation as a preferred setting.
  • Monitor best practices according to regulatory guidelines.
  • Inspire and support your team of Room Leaders.
  • Aid in the induction of new team members.

Education
