A leading training provider is seeking an Early Years Assessor to manage a caseload of apprenticeship learners in the Oxfordshire area. This full-time, home-based role offers a competitive salary between £30,000 and £33,000, with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of management experience in a nursery setting, with the ability to provide mentorship and coaching. The role is home based with learners located in Oxfordshire and the surrounding area.
You will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners (including Functional Skills), both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Providing mentorship and coaching to the learner through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualification.
