Qualifications

  • Experience in training and assessing up to Level 5 is desirable.
  • Understanding of E-Learning Portfolios.

As a result of growth, we are now recruiting for an Early Years Trainer to join our dynamic team.

About You

Our trainers are the first point of contact for learners. They deliver exceptional training and develop strong bonds with learners and employers, contributing to our excellent reviews from Ofsted, NCFE, and Matrix.
We are looking for someone who has:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Education, or equivalent, with significant occupational competency in the Early Years / Education sector.
  • Experience in training and assessing Early Years to Level 5 standard and functional skills up to Level 2 is desirable.
  • An understanding of E-Learning Portfolios and a passion for delivering quality training.
  • A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) and assessing qualification (e.g., A1, CAVA) would be advantageous, or willingness to work towards these.
  • Experience in leadership and management.
  • Superb time management skills and the ability to work independently, prioritizing workload effectively.
  • IT competency.
  • Own vehicle, valid Driver’s Licence, and willingness to travel across your region.

Your Key Duties & Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications
  • Managing the learner journey via our e-portfolio system
  • Assessing learners against National Standards
  • Creating tailored solutions to enhance learning experiences
  • Implementing equal opportunities at all times
  • Processing paperwork and marking assignments efficiently
  • Regularly updating E-Learning portfolios
  • Meeting with the Senior Manager to discuss learner development
