Post Title: Early Years and Foundation Phase Teaching Assistant
Post Ref: ED50296382
Contract: Full Time, permanent
Salary: Grade 4 SCP 6-11 (£25,989-£28,142) Pro Rata
Hours: 32.5 hrs per week, Term Time only (39 weeks)
Typical Hours: 08:30am-03:30pm (with 30 minutes lunch break)

Interview Date: Monday 11th January 2026

Responsibilities
  • Supporting pupils in class under the supervision and direction of the class teacher
  • Working with ALN pupils on specific targets in their IDP
  • Providing general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom, including preparation, and routine maintenance of resources/equipment
