Job summary

A care recruitment agency is looking for compassionate Care Assistants to join a Care Home in Nottingham. You will support residents in their daily routines, ensuring their wellbeing. The role requires proven experience in a similar environment and relevant training. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 14:00, with an hourly rate of £12.35 plus holiday pay.

Overview

Reliable and compassionate Care Assistants required for a Care Home situated in the Nottingham NG7 area, specialising in providing care for those with physical and/or dementia related illness.

As a Care Assistant, you will work to empower residents to remain as independent as possible in their daily routines. You will aid their mobility and nutritional needs, whilst ensuring that physical and psychological wellbeing is the utmost priority.

No two days will be the same! If you are an effective team player with a positive attitude, then we want to hear from you.

This is an ongoing opportunity and rewarding role.

You will be working from Monday to Friday, starting at 07:00, and finishing at 14:00. You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.35 per hour, plus up to 28 accrued holiday pay.

Location: Nottingham NG7 area

Note: We are unable to offer support for VISA applicants.

Qualifications
  • You must have proven experience within a similar care environment
  • Have a checkable work history
  • Have up-to-date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. If you do not have up-to-date certificates, online training can be offered (additional fee)
  • Have an in-date enhanced DBS check; if your DBS has expired, we can arrange a new one for you
