A values-led social housing provider in Wales is looking for Early Intervention Officers to join their Housing Services team. We're partnering with a values-led social housing provider in North Wales to recruit two Early Intervention Officers to join a resident-focused Housing Services team. These roles are all about prevention, support and empowerment helping residents settle into their homes, manage their rent, and access the right support at the right time.
This is a proactive, resident-focused position where you'll work closely with Housing Officers to support new and existing residents to:
You’ll play a key role in the first 8 weeks of a tenancy, offering practical guidance, reassurance and support when it matters most.
You’ll be customer-focused, empathetic and confident supporting people who may be experiencing financial or social challenges. Experience within housing, welfare, benefits or community support is ideal, along with:
A full driving licence is required. A basic DBS check will be completed (paid for by the organisation).
