A community health service provider in Liverpool seeks a candidate for a leadership role within the Early Intervention in Psychosis Team. The successful applicant will provide clinical guidance and work within a skilled, multi-disciplinary team to enhance mental health care delivery. We have a fantastic opportunity that has arisen in the Early Intervention in Psychosis Team - Liverpool based in Baird House.
The successful candidate will work as part of an experienced and supportive leadership team in Baird House. A Hub that also incorporates two other community based mental health teams. The successful candidate will be able to access support from both the Operational Manager and their band 7 colleagues.
EIT Liverpool is a well established team with a skilled multi-disciplinary group of staff including a Senior Advanced Practitioner and experienced medical leads.

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high quality team leadership and adhere to the national guidance standards that acknowledges the specialism of this service. There will also be an opportunity to support Transformation and the newly defined Community Mental Health Framework and leading staff to embed new ways of working to support the community we serve.
