Overview

Compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants needed for a lovely care home in Nottingham, in the NG13 area that provides nursing and residential care for people experiencing neurological illnesses, brain injuries or mental health illnesses.

The home provides care for residents aged 18-65, and as a Care Assistant, you would provide a key role in the efficient running of the service. You will be helping residents with personal care and daily activities, encouraging the service users to remain as independent as possible.

Requirements / Qualifications
  • You must have proven experience within a similar care environment
  • Have a checkable work history
  • Have up to date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training, with an added fee
  • Have an in date enhanced DBS check; if your DBS has expired, we can offer to arrange a new one

Hours & Pay

Your typical hours will be Monday to Friday starting at 07:00 and finishing at 14:00. You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.55 plus up to 28 accrued holiday pay.
