Executive Assistant to Managing Partner

An international private equity firm is seeking an experienced and highly proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner and Co-Founder on both a business and private basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work as a true right hand to a senior leader and to join a collaborative, high-performing EA team within a friendly and professional environment.

Responsibilities
  • Full ownership of complex business and personal diaries
  • Acting as a key point of contact and gatekeeper
  • Coordinating international travel, visas, accommodation and itineraries
  • Scheduling across international time zones
  • Liaising with house managers and household staff
  • Processing expenses accurately and efficiently
  • Working closely with a collaborative team of EAs
  • Providing true right-hand support, adapting to changing priorities
Who you are

You will be an accomplished EA with experience supporting at C-suite level, ideally within Private Equity or a similar fast-paced financial services environment. You are confident, organised and able to stay calm under pressure, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and take ownership.
