Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a Senior Partner and wider leadership team within a fast-paced, international investment environment. This fixed-term maternity cover offers valuable exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to play a key role within a high-performing, professional team.

The role involves complex diary and inbox management, acting as a gatekeeper to ensure the effective use of the Partner’s time. You will also coordinate multi-leg European travel, prepare high-quality meeting materials and presentations, manage confidential documentation, and provide support across expenses and internal communications.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and composed under pressure. You’ll need to juggle competing priorities with ease, demonstrating confidence, discretion, and strong organisational skills.

Previous experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives is essential—ideally within finance, although candidates from other sectors will also be considered. Strong communication and time management skills are a must, along with the ability to build trust and rapport with your principal.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a company that genuinely looks after its people, with beautiful offices in a prime central location and excellent benefits. The role is due to start as soon as possible, so early applications are encouraged.
