This company operates in the technology and telecoms industry and is a well-established organisation. They are a global organisation with circa 30 based in lovely offices in central London.

Job Description
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support in the office of the CEO
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases accurately.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in organising events and conferences as required.
  • This role is 4 days a week in the office
